CASE 2 – What really happened
The above case was based largely on a paper published in 2017 by Jongkees et al., entitled L-Tyrosine administration modulates the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on working memory in healthy humans (Cortex; 90:103-114).
The study was approved by the non-accredited local ethics committee of the Institute for Psychological Research at Leiden University as a non-WMO
study.
