Before you can submit a research proposal for review to an accredited MREC or the CCMO the research must first be registered in the web portal ToetsingOnline (ReviewOnline). Registration is carried out by filling in the ABR form. The ABR form must be signed by the sponsor and is part of the research file that is submitted for review.
